Pride all year long.

The mission of Longmeadow Pride is to bring support, engagement, and resources to the LGBTQ+ community in Longmeadow, MA and the surrounding area.
Our vision is to be more than just a festival organizers group. We want to create a network of families, a repository of resources, and a safe space for members of our community. We want our LGBTQ+ kids in the school system to be safe and supported, and free from harassment or bullying. We want all members of our community to feel supported, and build intentional community with our vibrant LGBTQ+ family!
Longmeadow Pride Alliance began when someone asked whether the town should have a Pride event, and about a dozen residents answered.
2021
A post on a Longmeadow public forum asked who wanted a Pride event in town. Nate Munic answered it, and spent that June pulling together about a dozen organizers. Among them was Elizabeth Morgan, who had helped organize a Pride festival before and knew what it took to put one on. Three months later the first festival drew roughly a thousand people.
2022
The second annual festival ran from 11am to 5pm with around thirty business donors behind it, supported by the Select Board, the school department, Parks & Recreation, and the Longmeadow Police and Fire departments.
2025
The fifth festival hosted over 85 vendors, roughly half of them LGBTQ+ resources and nonprofits, alongside a stage, craft vendors, food trucks and a beer garden, all of it placed and scheduled by the same volunteer crew that has run the festival since 2021.
2026
Rain did not keep the sixth annual festival off the Town Green. The vast majority of vendors, food trucks and community organizations turned out anyway, turnout held up, and everyone had a lot of fun. Between festivals, the Connector Hub keeps the organization's work running year round.
Longmeadow Pride Alliance, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
