We'd love to have you at the 6th Annual Longmeadow Pride Festival. Download the application, fill it out, and send it back to us: spots are limited.

  • 13' x 13' space, fits a standard 10' x 10' tent
  • Bring your own tent, or rent one from us
  • Table + 2 chairs included for every booth
  • Non-profit, retail & promo rates available

For Approved Booth Hosts

Setup Day Details

If you've been confirmed as a booth host, here's what you need to know before you arrive on festival morning.

  • Setup starts as early as 7:30am
  • Please arrive no later than 9am: some booths need more time to set up than others
  • 13' x 13' total footprint per booth
  • 10' x 10' is the max tent size, for both BYO and rental tents
